Testing Procedure

1. After the instrument is installed, plug in the power supply. The large color touch screen will light up, indicating that the instrument is connected to the mains power and has been turned on. At this time, the large color touch screen will display the company name, trademark, and product number.

2. Preheat the instrument: After turning on, the instrument must be preheated for 30 minutes. The preheating time is automatically controlled by the instrument's clock. During the preheating period, the instrument cannot perform sample content measurement.

After turning on, the preheating time starts counting. If you enter the "Main Menu" program within 30 minutes of startup, the prompt message will disappear after 30 minutes of preheating, indicating that the instrument's preheating time has been reached. If you enter the "Main Menu" after 30 minutes of startup, the message "Preheat 30 minutes" at the bottom of the display will not appear, also indicating that the instrument has entered normal measurement operation.

2. After selecting the content measurement function

On the main menu [3-1] screen, press [Content Measurement] to enter the "Content Measurement" function. The display will show the [3-26] screen. At this time, place the sample to be tested into the groove of the slide plate and push it all the way in by hand. After 5 seconds, the instrument will automatically detect, and the measurement results will be displayed on the touch screen and printed out simultaneously.
